Free Consultation

You're welcome to request a free consultation with us. We will ask about your business details, current situation, concerns, and expectations from our firm (tax accountant). Based on this information, we will propose the best service options and provide an estimate tailored to your needs. In the free consultation, please feel free to share any concerns, including minor details. Even just receiving a free consultation can alleviate and resolve concerns related to taxation, so please don't hesitate to contact us.

Partnership Agreement (Advisory Contract)

Please review the proposed plan and estimate we have provided. After your review, it is also possible to have another meeting if needed. For clients who wish to proceed based on the estimate, the next step is contract conclusion. In principle, our company uses electronic contracts for contract conclusion.

Data Entry (Implementing freee Accounting)

We use cloud accounting software (freee, MF Cloud Accounting) to input and create accounting data.

 

For the Minimum Plan and HR (Human Resources and Labor) Plan, clients are responsible for inputting and creating accounting data themselves. However, for those using the system for the first time, we can provide initial setup and operational guidance. If you already have data, we will request access to your account. In cases where data transfer from the previous accounting office is necessary, we will handle the transfer of data, including documents from past fiscal years, to the former office. *Please note, initial setup, operational guidance, and introductory consultation through visits will incur additional charges.

 

For the Basic Plan and Premium Plan, please share documents such as receipts, bank statements, details, and sales statements. Our office will then handle bookkeeping and data entry into the cloud accounting software.

For the HR (Human Resources and Labor) Plan and Premium Plan, we use cloud accounting software (HR freee, Money Forward Cloud Payroll) to handle payroll calculations. Depending on the selected plan, we also provide free consultations and requests to labor and social insurance consultants. In any of the plans, we offer unlimited free support for questions and consultations regarding the use of accounting, tax, and cloud accounting software through phone calls, emails, chat (ChatWork, Slack), and video conferences (Zoom, Google Meet).

Accounting Data Check

For the Minimum Plan and HR (Human Resources and Labor) Plan, as you input and create accounting data yourself, the data will be shared through the cloud accounting software. After your input is complete, we will conduct a check on the content. We will contact you regarding any points that need correction or clarification, and we will finalize the accounting data (Note: Monthly reports and trial balance sheets are not included in the Minimum Plan).

For the Basic Plan and Premium Plan, please share receipts, bank statements, invoices, and other accounting-related documents and data. Our office will handle data entry into the cloud accounting software. You can share documents and data by uploading images or PDFs to the cloud accounting platform, sending them via email or chat, or alternatively, you can directly mail physical documents to us (mailing support is an optional service).

Forecast of Account Closing and Tax Payments

Upon your request, we will conduct a forecast of financial statements and tax payments before the fiscal year-end. At this stage, we will propose tax-saving strategies and suggestions for business improvement in the upcoming period. *Forecast of financial statements and tax payments may be omitted if not requested by the client or if there is insufficient input of accounting data.

Review of Financial Statements and Tax Returns

Upon your request, we will conduct a forecast of financial statements and tax payments before the fiscal year-end. Filing and Payment of Taxes, account closing Report

We will electronically file the tax return at our office, and once the final tax amount is confirmed, you will be responsible for making the payment. With this, the account closing and tax filing process will be completed.
