These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lump-sum Withdrawal Payment Tax Refund Service (“Service”) provided by LOOK UP ACCOUNTING (Kentaro Yonemitsu Tax Accountant Office) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and using our Service, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the Tax Agent and tax return filing service. The delivery of funds described herein is an ancillary task inherent to the Tax Agent's duties and management of residual property.

2. Service Description

2-1. What We Do:
Tax Agent registration, preparation and filing of tax returns via e-Tax, and the ancillary delivery of the received refund to your designated account.

2-2. What We Do Not Do:
Pension applications, legal representation in disputes, or independent remittance services. We do not provide currency exchange; this is handled by Wise.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must have received the Lump-sum Withdrawal Payment (脱退一時金) with 20.42% tax withheld, possess the Decision Notice, and have a valid passport and bank account.

4. Service Fee and Payment
