[Tax Accountant Recruitment Guidelines (by Experience)]
① Tax Accountant / Less than 5 Years of Practical Experience (Including Those Who Have Passed Subjects)
Expected Position
・Starting with bookkeeping to tax return tasks, gradually stepping up to client interaction and review tasks
・Possibility to gradually engage in high-specialty areas such as cryptocurrency and Web3 projects
Salary
Monthly Salary: 280,000 yen to 350,000 yen
Estimated Annual Income: Approximately 4 million to 5 million yen (including bonuses)
※Decided based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibilities.
Salary Increase and Bonuses
Salary Increase: Once a year
Bonuses: Once a year (considering office performance and individual contribution)

・A solid foundation of practical experience in a tax accountant firm can be gained
・Exposure to cloud accounting, DX, and cryptocurrency projects from an early stage

・Main point of contact for client interactions
・Tax return reviews, responding to practical consultations from staff
・Involvement in external CFO duties and cryptocurrency/Web3 related projects
※Both management-oriented and specialization-oriented are welcome
Salary
Monthly Salary: 350,000 yen to 500,000 yen
Estimated Annual Income: Approximately 5 million to 7 million yen (including bonuses)
※Decided based on previous practical experiences and strengths (reviews, client negotiations, specialized fields).
Salary Increase and Bonuses
Salary Increase: Once a year
Bonuses: Once a year (reflecting office performance and individual contribution)
