Privacy Policy for LOOK UP ACCOUNTING
LOOK UP provides chat services to make it easier for customers to access information. As we handle a large amount of personal information from customers and employees in our business operations, we implement company-wide initiatives for "personal information protection" to ensure responsible corporate conduct.

1. Handling of Personal Information
LOOK UP Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") presents this Privacy Policy and respects the privacy of companies, organizations, and other service users (hereinafter referred to as "Service Users") who use the services provided in accordance with it (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). We exercise utmost care in managing and handling Service Users' personal information. Provision of personal information is voluntary; however, if you choose not to answer certain questions, you may not be able to use our services.
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company uses personal information only within the scope necessary for conducting the following business activities:
(1) Regarding Service Users:
Personal authentication of Service Users and provision of the Services
Distribution and sending of inquiry emails, communications, email newsletters, direct mail, and various notifications related to the use of the Services
Provision of personal information to service-using companies based on Service Users' consent or application
Distribution and display of advertisements and content, and provision of the Services based on Service Users' history (attribute information, device information, location information, behavioral history)
Provision of more user-friendly and valuable information to Service Users
Implementation of campaigns, surveys, monitoring, and interviews
Confirmation and response to opinions and inquiries regarding the Services
Other appropriate and smooth execution of transactions and contracts with customers
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
In principle, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without Service Users' consent. We will provide it only after specifying the recipient and information content and obtaining Service Users' consent. However, in the following cases, we may provide personal information without Service Users' consent within the scope that does not violate relevant laws:
When we determine that a Service User may cause disadvantage to a third party
When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain consent from the Service User
When necessary for protecting human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain consent from the Service User
When cooperation is necessary for government agencies, local governments, or their delegates to perform legally prescribed duties, and obtaining consent from the Service User may hinder the performance of such duties
When disclosure of personal information is requested by courts, public prosecutors' offices, police, or organizations with similar authority
Other cases where the Company reasonably determines it necessary to provide services to the Service User
4. Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Provision
The Company assumes no responsibility for the acquisition of personal information by third parties in the following cases:
When Service Users voluntarily provide personal information to service-providing companies
When individuals are unexpectedly identified through registration information other than personally identifiable information
When someone other than the Service User obtains personally identifiable information (name, email address, etc.)
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
To provide better services to customers in our business operations, the Company may outsource part of its operations to external parties. The Company is responsible for the handling of personal information by such contractors.
6. Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information
If you wish to inquire about or correct your personal information, please contact us (you or your legal representative), and we will respond appropriately and legally according to our prescribed methods.
If you wish to disclose or correct personal information, please contact LOOK UP Corporation Customer Service Desk. We will send you our prescribed disclosure request form. Please fill in the required information and send it to our Customer Service Desk. Identity verification will be conducted by comparing the name, address, and telephone number stated in the disclosure request form with the personal information held by the Company. If the information differs from what the Company holds, or if correction or deletion is requested, we may ask for identification documents such as a driver's license or residence certificate.
7. Acquisition by Methods Not Easily Verifiable by Service Users
(1) Regarding Cookies among Attribute Information, Device Information, Location Information, and Behavioral History (hereinafter "Behavioral History, etc.")
The Company uses cookies to protect Service Users' privacy, improve convenience, and deliver advertisements. Additionally, using technologies such as cookies and JavaScript, we may acquire attribute information (limited to information that cannot identify individuals even when combined) such as age, gender, occupation, and residential area, device information, Service Users' behavioral history within the Service site (accessed URLs, content, reference order, etc.), and location information based on Service Users' consent or application when using smartphones, among the information provided. However, cookies and behavioral history do not contain any personal information.
(2) Regarding Access Logs in the Following Cases of Behavioral History, etc.
When Service Users log in and use the Services, the Company may identify individuals and use behavioral history from before the login to deliver and display advertisements and content, and provide the Services.
8. Changes to Privacy Policy
The Company may change this Privacy Policy at any time, except when required by laws and regulations.
9. Complaints and Consultation Desk for Disclosed Personal Information
The Company will respond appropriately and promptly to complaints, consultations, and other inquiries regarding personal information.
