On July 28, 2025, the founder of LOOK UP ACCOUNTING, Kentaro Yonemitsu, and staff member Yuka Osaki took the stage at the "MAJIKACHI JAPAN TOUR 2025" during the "freee Advisor Day 2025" hosted by the cloud-based accounting software freee.

The theme of this session was "How to Create a Radiant Office for Staff – Realizing Standardization and Delegation of Authority through AI".

From our office in Shimokitazawa, we introduced how we have been advancing the standardization and optimization of operations through AI utilization and team building based on the practical knowledge gained from our efforts on "Delegation of Authority × Business DX" in the actual field.

How can we build a reproducible "small success cycle" to address the challenges faced daily by small and medium-sized accounting firms regarding business design, AI implementation, and staff development? This became a space to share examples with the participants.

On July 28, 2025, LOOK UP ACCOUNTING's founder Kentaro Yonemitsu and staff member Yuka Osaki took the stage at “MAJIKACHI JAPAN TOUR 2025,” a featured session within freee Advisor Day 2025, hosted by the cloud-based accounting software provider freee.

The session was titled:
“Building a Team Where Staff Shine – Standardizing Operations and Delegating Authority Through AI”

Broadcasting from our Shimokitazawa-based office, we shared hands-on insights into how we’ve implemented authority delegation and digital transformation (DX) in our practice. We discussed our approach to utilizing AI and team structuring to streamline and standardize operations effectively.

With a focus on workflow design, AI integration, and team development, we explored how small and mid-sized firms can build repeatable success models to solve everyday challenges. The session provided an opportunity to share real-life practices and exchange ideas with fellow professionals.
