Accounting Staff (Full-Time)

Working Hours

• 9:00 – 18:00 (1-hour break)

After becoming familiar with the work and establishing a level of trust, remote work and flexible hours may be discussed. In principle, this is an office-based position.

Days Off & Leave

• Full two-day weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

Work Location

• Kitazawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo (Shimokitazawa Office)

• 4-minute walk from Shimokitazawa Station

  (Keio Inokashira Line / Odakyu Line)

Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and skills, you will be responsible for:

• Bookkeeping using cloud-based accounting software

• Support for monthly and annual financial closing

• Assistance with tax return preparation

• Case and task management using internal tools

• Client communication (introduced gradually as you gain experience)

Notes:

• We do not operate paper-based or overly individualized workflows.

• This is not a data-entry-only position.

Requirements

• Practical experience in an accounting firm or in-house accounting

  (No minimum years of experience required)

• Basic PC skills

  (Excel proficiency and comfort using cloud-based tools)

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in cloud accounting and DX

• Desire to improve skills through practical accounting work

• Business-level English proficiency

  (email and meeting communication with English-speaking clients)

• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team

• Aspiration to become a certified tax accountant in the future

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: JPY 250,000 – 350,000

• Estimated Annual Income: Approx. JPY 3.5 – 5.0 million (including bonus)

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibility.

• Salary Review: Once per year

• Bonus: Once per year

  (based on firm performance and individual contribution)
