[Event Participation Report] I participated in the 2025 "freee TOGO World".
May 16, 2025

On May 14th, four members of LOOK UP ACCOUNTING — Kentaro Yonemitsu, Maria Lütge, Yuuka Osaki, and Emma Launder — participated in the annual large-scale event "freee TOGO World" hosted by freee Corporation.
As this was our second consecutive participation, we were pleased to see that the recognition of LOOK UP ACCOUNTING had increased this year, and we had various opportunities to be approached by many stakeholders on the day.
During the AI session, we were able to learn about the latest initiatives of freee, and we were also blessed with opportunities to speak directly with the people we usually collaborate with.
It was a very meaningful day where we could feel the expansion of our activities as freee partners.

At the event, I participated in a session themed around the business utilization of AI.
The process of AI implementation at freee was organized into three stages: "Planning", "PoC (Proof of Concept)", and "User Deployment", with insights from each stage being highly valuable.
What particularly impressed me was the approach in the planning stage of "starting small while visualizing outcomes with numbers to gain internal understanding", the importance of "business understanding and data preparation" at the PoC stage, and the significance of "expectation management and UX (user experience) considerations" in user deployment.
Not just in technical aspects, but the collaboration with the field and user perspective are essential for the success of AI utilization, which is something I want to carry into future operations.

Participation Report by Maria Lütge (Accounting Staff)
Having participated in a freee event for the first time was a very valuable experience.
The scale was larger than I had imagined, with plenty to see at the event. Through the introduction of freee’s functions and particularly the sessions on AI utilization, I felt a strong sense of future potential.
The venue was very lively, and it contained so much content that it took more than half a day to look around thoroughly.
Moreover, in terms of networking, I learned a lot, and many people showed interest in LOOK UP ACCOUNTING’s "international atmosphere", which led to great opportunities for interaction.

On May 14th, four members of LOOK UP ACCOUNTING — Kentaro Yonemitsu, Maria Lütge, Yuuka Osaki, and Emma Launder — joined freee Corporation’s annual flagship event "freee TOGO World".
This was our second time attending the event, and compared to last year, we were delighted to see that brand awareness of LOOK UP ACCOUNTING had grown significantly. Throughout the day, many participants and partners kindly approached us, and we truly felt the expanding presence of our firm within the freee partner community.
We also appreciated learning more about how freee is incorporating AI into their products and workflow. It was a highly meaningful and inspiring experience for our team.
