Full-time (with probation period)
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
※ After becoming accustomed to the tasks and establishing a certain level of trust, discussions about remote work and flexible hours are possible (principally on-site work)

Job Description
Depending on your experience and skills, you will be entrusted with the following tasks.
・Bookkeeping (using cloud accounting software)
・Monthly and annual financial statement assistance
・Tax return preparation assistance
・Project management using internal tools
・Client communication (gradually as you become accustomed)
※ We do not engage in paper-centered, individual-dependent tasks.
※ This is not a position for "input tasks only."
Application Requirements
Practical experience in an accounting firm or finance-related work (no specific number of years required)
Basic PC skills (familiarity with Excel and cloud tools is preferred)

・Those with business-level English proficiency (to handle emails and meetings with English-speaking clients)

Salary
Monthly Salary: 250,000 – 350,000 yen
Estimated Annual Income: Approximately 3.5 – 5 million yen (including bonuses)

Salary Increase: Once a year
Bonus: Once a year (considering office performance and individual contributions)
