Terms of Service for Lump-sum Pension Refund Tool

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the "Lump-sum Pension Refund Tool" ("Service") provided by LOOK UP ACCOUNTING (Kentaro Yonemitsu Tax Accountant Office / LOOK UP Co., Ltd.) ("the Company"). By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
1-1. What the Service Provides:
This Service is a free online tool that automatically generates documents such as the "Application for the Lump-sum Withdrawal Payment" (in PDF format) for submission to the Japan Pension Service, based on the information entered by the user.
1-2. Scope of Service:
The Company only provides the tool to assist in the creation of documents and does not perform the pension application procedure on behalf of the user.
2. No Individual Support or Advice
2-1. No Advice or Consultation:
This Service is provided solely as a free tool. The Company does not provide any individual advice, consultation regarding document preparation, or support regarding the operation of the tool.
2-2. No Inquiries Accepted:
We do not accept inquiries regarding this Service. Users shall use the tool at their own risk and submit the documents after verifying the contents themselves.
3. Consent to Notifications Regarding Related Services
3-1. Email Notifications:
This Service includes follow-up regarding the procedures after receiving the lump-sum withdrawal payment (income tax refund). By using this Service, the user agrees to receive email notifications regarding the Company's "Lump-sum Tax Refund Service" (approximately three and four months after the start of use).
3-2. Unsubscribe:
If a user wishes to unsubscribe from the above emails, they shall notify the Company's inquiry desk (lump_sum_support@lookup-corp.com) via email. The Company will promptly remove the user from the distribution list upon receipt of such notice.
4. Disclaimer
4-1. No Guarantee:
The Company does not guarantee that the documents generated by this Service will be accepted by the Japan Pension Service or that the refund will be paid.
4-2. Limitation of Liability:
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from deficiencies in documents, delays in submission, or any other issues.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
