2025年7月28日、クラウド会計ソフトfreeeが主催するイベント「freee Advisor Day 2025」が福岡で開催され、LOOK UP ACCOUNTINGのスタッフが参加・登壇いたしました。

当日は全国から会計事務所の関係者が集い、AIや業務効率化に関する最新事例が多数共有されました。

私たちLOOK UP ACCOUNTINGからは、「MAJIKACHI JAPAN TOUR 2025」の枠で、「スタッフが輝く事務所の作り方 〜AIで実現する業務標準化と権限移譲〜」 というテーマにて、 代表の米満 建太郎とスタッフの大崎 優花の2名が登壇。 

日々の業務の中で実践している業務標準化の取り組みや、AIツールを活用した効率化、
スタッフへの権限移譲によって生まれるチームの成長について、現場からのリアルな声をお届けしました。

発表後は多くの参加者の方々からご質問や感想をいただき、登壇者にとっても学びと刺激に満ちた時間となりました。

今後もLOOK UP ACCOUNTINGは、スタッフ一人ひとりが力を発揮できる環境づくりを進めるとともに、その実践知を業界全体にも還元していけるよう取り組んでまいります。

7月28日、社長とともにfreee Advisor Day2025福岡に参加してきました！

事の発端は6月中旬、ちょうどコロナから復帰した喜びで浮足立っていた時期、社長の「福岡に行きたい人ー？」の一声にうっかり「はーい」と答えてしまったことからでした。

私の頭を満たしていた「豚骨ラーメン」「モツ鍋」「明太子」のウキウキなイメージとは大きく異なり、米満さんから伝えられた「福岡」の中身はこちらでした。

登壇…？とうだん…？

このときうっすらと、「あれ？これはポップな「はーい」で引き受けていいものじゃなさそうだぞ」という警告が頭のすみっこから聞こえていた気もするのですが、「…やってみたい」好奇心が圧倒的に勝ってしまい、２つ返事で引き受けるに至りました。

ですが準備が進むにつれ、「私でいいのかな？」と不安になることも増え…。自分が担うべき役割もなかなか見つけられず、モヤモヤする日々がしばらく続きました。

そんなふわふわしていた自分の居どころは、一緒に準備してくださった皆さんの存在のおかげで、定まることになります。他事務所と比較したLOOK UP ACCOUNTINGの魅力を教えてくれた季代さん、スライドを素敵に整えてくれたマリアさん、練習に付き合ってくれたほみさん、登壇の極意を伝授してくださった髙橋さん。一つ一つがありがたいわ、皆さんのすごさを感じるわで、もうこれこそが、トークテーマである「社員の私からみたLOOK UP ACCOUNTINGの魅力」の大きなひとつだなぁと感じました。

緊張と不安で自分ばかりに向いていた目線も、徐々に周りへと開かれて、「迷惑をかけないようにきちんと喋らなくちゃ」から「LOOK UP ACCOUNTING従業員や会社の魅力を思いっきり知ってもらおう」に変化して、腹を括ることができたように思います。

あっという間に月日は過ぎ去り、登壇前日。

福岡に到着してから閉店時間ギリギリまで、カフェでひたすら練習に勤しみました。とにかく課題は「テンポ感」。時間内に収めることがどうしてもできない。解散直前に残された米満さんからの一言は「20回やったら身体に染み込みます。明日に備えてよく休んでください。お疲れ様でした！」でした。

悩ましい！米満さんの20回はおそらく私の100回くらいなのです。明日に備え、よく休むべきか、はたまた身体に染み込ませるべきか！

悩んでいるうちに、眠気はすっかり吹っ飛び、目はランランとし始め、一人ハイ状態に。結局高めのテンションのまま自主練に没頭し、福岡一日目の夜は更けてゆきました。

前日夜23時　＠福岡スタバ

閉店しますのでーと2度声をかけられたあとです。

この後社長の口から、名言「20回やったら身体に染み込みます。明日に備えてよく休んでください。お疲れ様でした！」が飛び出します！

そして当日、昨夜と同じカフェに朝8時集合。米満さんはご自身も登壇されるのに、最終確認まで丁寧に付き合ってくださいました。絶対にご自身だけの方が楽だったはずです。本当に感謝しています。

登壇時間が16時過ぎだったこともあり、会場の入り時間はゆっくりめでした。会場では、さっそく多くの方に声をかけていただき、LOOK UP ACCOUNTINGの認知と期待の高さを実感しました。「このブースが一押し」「紹介したい人がいる」など熱い言葉もたくさんいただきました。

登壇場所を確認しにいくと、ちょうどfreee佐々木CEOの登壇がはじまったところで、そのステージの大きさ、天井の高さ、華やかな演出にクラクラしそうになりました。

控室に着いてからも、ご挨拶の時間以外はひたすら自主練、用意していただいたお弁当を食べる余裕もなく、持参したパンをかじりかじり、控室でボソボソ、廊下でボソボソ…。ただただ練習をしていた記憶しかありません。あまりにも練習をし続けていたため、登壇者やfreeeのスタッフさんの間では、「ずーっと練習してるあの人」として記憶に残ったようです。

そうでなくても、錚々たる肩書の皆さんの中に一人いる異質な「いちスタッフ」。おそらく、あの場にいるすべての人に「あの人は大丈夫だろうか」という、そこはかとないご心配をおかけした状態だったのではないかと思います。登壇前には、とてもたくさんの方に「がんばってくださいね」と声をかけていただきました。笑

当日午後3時半　＠控室

米満さんは、いつのまにやらコンビニでコーヒーとナッツを買ってこられてポリポリされていました。イラッとしますね、流石の貫禄でした。笑

素敵な靴も履かれていましたね。

華やかに呼び込まれ、いよいよ登壇スタート。

あんなに自分の顔が大きく引き伸ばされて表示されたのは初めてではないかと思います。大きかった。前から写真をお願いしたら良かったなぁと思いました。

登壇中は、とにかく同僚の高橋さんにアドバイスしていただいた「大きな声で、はっきり話す」に集中した結果、全登壇者中ナンバーワンの客寄せパワーを発揮できていたと自信を持ってご報告できます。笑

…ただ、やはり時間が足りず。米満さんのスライドめくりが加速し、「急げ」「巻け」のプレッシャーをひしひしと感じつつも、言いたい部分だけは喋り切りたい私。お互いの主張が拮抗した結果、スライドが前後に行き来する謎の展開に。客席から見ていたら、きっと楽しい時間だったことと思います。笑

最終的に予定を少しオーバーしてバトンを渡すことになりました。…すみません。

でもそこからの米満さんの快進撃が本当にすごかったのです。見たことがないほどのスピードと熱量で、LOOK UP ACCOUNTINGの権限委譲や現場DXの導入について、LOOK UP ACCOUNTINGがAIを活用する理由やそのメリットについて説明されていました。気がつけば、登壇台から遠く離れ、ステージ全体を縦横無尽に移動しながら客席に訴えかけ…その姿は、スピーカーというより、さながらカリスマ講師でした。聴講者も続々と増え、みなさんが聞き入っているのが伝わってきました。

特にAIは手段であって目的になってしまっては本末転倒であることについて説明された瞬間は、会場の一体感を強く感じました。

登壇後には、freeeの方や他の登壇者の方、お客様からもたくさんお声がけいただきました。何より、freeeの佐々木CEOにLOOK UPがしっかり認知されたのは、大きな成果だと思っています。

私自身のお話をさせていただくと、ひたすら「声が良かった」とのお声をいただき。笑

「声しか褒めてもらえない笑」ことへの悔しさももちろんありましたが「声が良くてずっと練習していた会計スタッフの人」としてみなさんに記憶していただけたことは大変ありがたく、それをきっかけに会計業界に関わるたくさんの方と（本当にたくさんの方と）交流できたこと、そこから、それぞれの方のお考えや、お互いの関係性などを垣間見ることができたことなどは、とても大きな収穫でした。

また、登壇準備を経て、LOOK UP ACCOUNTINGや、LOOK UP ACCOUNTINGを構成する方々の魅力を再発見できましたし、この環境にいられるありがたさも感じました。

反省点はあふれるほどありますが、今は、もし次回があるならば、せっかく褒めていただいた「声が良い」を活用して、より魅力が伝えられるよう、誰かに届くスピーチができるように、知識も深めて、アウトプット力も高めていきたいなと感じています。

不安で埋め尽くされていた当初とは、すこし心持ちが変わりました。

最後になりましたが、登壇の機会をくださった米満さん、登壇にあたり、ご助言・ご協力くださった皆様に、心から感謝しています。本当にありがとうございました。

Participation Report: freee Advisor Day 2025 in Fukuoka

On July 28, 2025, LOOK UP ACCOUNTING participated in the freee Advisor Day 2025 held in Fukuoka, hosted by Japan's leading cloud accounting software provider, freee.

This major annual event brings together accounting firms from across Japan to share insights on the latest trends in AI, operational efficiency, and team building.

As part of the nationwide initiative “MAJIKACHI JAPAN TOUR 2025”,
our Representative KENTARO YONEMITSU and Staff Member YUKA OSAKI took the stage in a featured session titled:

“How to Build an Office Where Staff Shine: Standardization and Delegation Enabled by AI”

The two speakers shared practical examples from our own firm—how we’re using AI tools to standardize operations, empower staff, and build a team where everyone thrives.

The session sparked many questions and positive conversations with attendees, and our team members gained valuable perspectives from other forward-thinking professionals.

At LOOK UP ACCOUNTING, we remain committed to fostering a work environment where each staff member can thrive, and to sharing our experiences for the benefit of the broader accounting community.

▽ Event Report by Yuka Osaki (Accounting Staff)

July 28th – I had the opportunity to attend freee Advisor Day 2025 in Fukuoka alongside our CEO, Kentaro Yonemitsu!

It all started back in mid-June, right when I was still on a high from recovering from COVID. When the CEO casually asked, “Anyone wanna go to Fukuoka?”, I carelessly responded with a cheerful “Yes!”

At the time, my mind was filled with mouthwatering dreams of tonkotsu ramen, motsunabe, and mentaiko—but what awaited me in “Fukuoka,” as presented by Mr. Yonemitsu, was something entirely different.

“Yuka Osaki, are you available to go to Fukuoka on Monday, July 28th?!
I’d love for us to co-present and showcase LOOK UP’s accounting operations together.
Of course, we’ll go over the content and coordination in detail beforehand!
It’ll probably be a one-day trip with an overnight stay before returning to Tokyo,
but I think it will be a great experience—so I’d love for you to consider it positively. ”

Wait, I’m speaking…? Like, on stage??

I think I heard a little voice in the back of my mind whispering, “Hold on, this might not be something to say ‘yes’ to so lightly.” But curiosity got the better of me—I couldn’t help thinking, “I kinda want to try this…” And just like that, I agreed without hesitation.

As the preparation progressed, though, doubts started creeping in—“Am I really the right person for this?” I struggled to find where I fit into the presentation, and the days became a bit hazy and anxious.

But thanks to the people who prepared alongside me, I eventually found my footing.

Ms. Kiyo showed me what makes LOOK UP ACCOUNTING stand out from other firms. Ms. Maria refined our slides beautifully. Ms. Homi practiced with me patiently. And Mr. Takahashi passed on his secret tips for speaking. Each of them reminded me how amazing our team is—and I realized that this was what made LOOK UP ACCOUNTING so special through the eyes of its employees.

At first, my nervousness made me focus only on myself. But slowly, my mindset shifted—from “I just don’t want to mess up” to “I really want people to understand how great LOOK UP ACCOUNTING is.” That shift gave me strength.

Time flew, and suddenly, it was the day before the presentation.

After arriving in Fukuoka, I spent hours at a café rehearsing until just before closing time. My biggest challenge was pacing—I couldn’t fit my speech into the allotted time no matter how hard I tried. As we were about to leave, Mr. Yonemitsu gave me some parting words:
“Once you do it 20 times, it becomes part of you. Get some rest for tomorrow—great job today.”

But here’s the thing: Mr. Yonemitsu’s “20 times” is probably like 100 for me! Should I rest like he said? Or keep going until it sticks??

As I debated, the drowsiness vanished, my eyes sparkled wide open, and I entered a sort of rehearsal high. I ended up practicing even more on my own, buzzing with energy as night fell on my first day in Fukuoka.

This was right after we’d been told twice by the staff, “We’re closing soon.”

Then, Mr. Yonemitsu delivered a memorable line:
“Once you do it 20 times, it becomes part of you. Get some good rest for tomorrow. Great job today!”

The next morning at 8 a.m., we met again at the same café.
Despite having his own speech to give, Mr. Yonemitsu stayed with me for a final review—something I know must have been much more work for him. I’m genuinely grateful.

Our session was scheduled for after 4 p.m., so we had a slow entry into the venue. From the moment we arrived, many people approached us, and I could really feel how recognized and anticipated LOOK UP ACCOUNTING was. We even heard things like, “That booth is the best one here!” and “I’ve got someone I want to introduce to you.”

When I went to check out the stage, I saw that freee CEO Sasaki was already speaking. The sheer size of the stage, the height of the ceiling, the vibrant lighting—it was dizzying!

Back in the waiting room, I kept rehearsing non-stop. I didn’t even have time to eat the bento provided—I just nibbled on some bread I had brought, muttering to myself in the room, in the hallway… all I remember is practicing.

Apparently, I practiced so much that the other speakers and freee staff remembered me as “the one who was always rehearsing.”

And honestly, even among all the impressive titles and credentials, there I was—just a regular staff member. I must have stood out in a worrisome way, and I imagine people were quietly thinking, “Is she going to be okay…?”

Right before I took the stage, many people encouraged me with warm “Good luck!”s. It meant a lot.

At some point, Mr. Yonemitsu had casually gone out and returned with coffee and a bag of nuts from the convenience store—munching away like it was nothing.
I have to admit, it was a little irritating… but also impressively composed. 

Oh, and he was wearing some really nice shoes, too.

Then, the moment came. With a grand introduction, I stepped on stage.

I think that was the first time my face had ever been projected that large. It was huge! I kind of wish I had asked someone to take a photo from the front…

During the talk, I focused solely on the advice from my colleague Mr. Takahashi: “Speak loudly and clearly.”
Thanks to that, I dare say I had the strongest audience-drawing power of any speaker that day. 

…That said, I did run out of time.

Mr. Yonemitsu started flipping through the slides faster and faster. I could feel the silent plea of “Hurry up!”
But I didn’t want to skip over the parts I truly wanted to say. Our wills clashed a bit, and the result was… slides going back and forth in a mysterious dance. From the audience, I imagine it was a pretty entertaining show. 

In the end, I went slightly over time before passing the baton. I’m so sorry!

But what came next was incredible. Mr. Yonemitsu exploded into action.

With speed and passion I’d never seen before, he spoke about LOOK UP ACCOUNTING’s delegation of authority, our digital transformation, and why we embrace AI—what benefits it brings. He moved freely across the entire stage, captivating the audience like a true charismatic lecturer, not just a speaker.

People kept gathering. The moment he explained that “AI is a tool, not the goal,” there was a powerful sense of unity in the room.

After the presentation, we were approached by many people—freee team members, other speakers, even attendees. Most notably, I believe the fact that CEO Sasaki of freee now clearly recognizes LOOK UP ACCOUNTING is a huge success.

As for me, everyone kept saying, “You have such a great voice!” 

Of course, part of me was frustrated that only my voice got compliments, but I’m also deeply grateful that people remembered me as “the accounting staff with the great voice who kept practicing.”
Thanks to that, I was able to meet and talk with so many people in the accounting industry—really, so many! I got to hear their perspectives and catch glimpses of the relationships and values they hold. That was a major takeaway for me.

Going through this process also helped me rediscover the charm of LOOK UP ACCOUNTING and its people, and reminded me how fortunate I am to be part of this environment.

I have plenty of things to reflect on, but if I ever get another chance, I hope to make better use of the “great voice” I was praised for—developing my knowledge, refining my presentation skills, and delivering a message that truly connects with someone.

Compared to the anxiety that filled me at the beginning, I think my mindset has changed just a little.

Finally, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Yonemitsu for giving me this opportunity, and to everyone who offered guidance and support along the way.
